Process scheme of induction hardening equipment
According to the slewing bearing induction hardening technology requirements, the machine tool adopts a transformer lifting movement, radial feed movement, and lateral movement structure. The rotary table is driven by a servo motor to rotate, which can realize automatic gear indexing and continuous scanning quenching of the raceway. The machine tool has good versatility.
The mainframe of the machine tool adopts a gantry structure, and a horizontal moving slide is designed on the beam to achieve radial movement of the sensor. The moving beam is designed with a sensor lifting and lateral moving slide to realize the lifting and lateral movement of the sensor. The induction heating load is designed to be mounted on a lateral moving slide.
The transformer / inductor's lifting movement, forward and backward movement, and lateral movement are driven by servo motors and ball screw drives, respectively. The moving guide is a linear guide, and the movement position can be accurately controlled.
The induction heating power supply uses 200Kw / 4-10KHz parallel resonant full digital IGBT transistor power supply, equipped with a set of induction heating loads, which can be used with inductors of different structures, and the best heating effect can be achieved through load matching adjustment.
